On October 11, Channel A’s “12 Nights” held a press conference ahead of its broadcast. Actors Han Seung Yeon, Shin Hyun Soo, Jang Hyun Sung, Ye Soo Jung, and director Jung Hyun Soo were in attendance.
“Twelve Nights” is about aspiring photographer Han Yoo Kyung (played by Han Seung Yeon) who was forced to make an emergency landing in Seoul on a flight from New York and aspiring dancer Cha Hyun Oh (played by Shin Hyun Soo) who chooses to quit his job and head to Seoul. Romance blossoms as they meet coincidentally in the unfamiliar city.
Lead actors Han Seung Yeon and Shin Hyun Soo previously worked together in “Age of Youth” and “Age of Youth 2.” Han Seung Yeon shared, “This is my third year spending my summer with Shin Hyun Soo. This time, I also got to spend autumn and winter with him as well. It’s a really interesting connection. We had fun filming.”
Shin Hyun Soo commented, “In terms of working together, I was able to approach her comfortably. She is an actress I already knew, and I was able to approach her on her detailed thoughts as an actress. Though ‘Age of Youth’ and ’12 Nights’ are different stories, I was able to catch on quicker on how Han Seung Yeon as an actress approaches the drama, so our chemistry was really great working together.”
“Twelve Nights” will air its first episode on October 12 at 11 p.m. KST and will be available on Viki!
